Mind, market, expectations — workshop of 10 October 2026
A closed O!kurra workshop from 10 October 2026, this time not about setups: what goes on in a trader’s head and on the other side of the market, realistic expectations (pace, unit, repeatability) and the work itself — demo and small money, numbers instead of impressions, regular withdrawals and careful deposits. Plus the story of a withdrawal that got stuck along the way, and nine rules on a single page.

A recording of the closed O!kurra workshop “Mind, market, expectations” (10 October 2026). This time it is not about setups: MMD walks through a presentation about what happens in a trader’s head and on the other side of the market. Where this knowledge comes from (a broker’s partner panel and how the interests are arranged), why most retail CFD accounts lose money, sunk costs, the “shot of a lifetime”, news, communities and a lack of distance; then realistic expectations (pace, unit, repeatability) and the work: demo and small money, numbers instead of impressions, regular withdrawals and careful deposits. In the middle of the session one of the participants shows on their demo account how the Timer semi-automatic tool traded gold the day before, and tells the story of a withdrawal that got stuck along the way — from the request, through support and the SWIFT code, to a formal complaint. At the end: the path money takes from the broker, the broker behind the scenes (the brand and the liquidity provider), what changes once you start winning, nine rules on a single page, and the announcement that the Timer will be made available to participants for testing until the end of the year.
