Translations at O!kurra are done by AI

We run the portal in Polish and English, but we do not employ a translator. A significant part of the texts in the second language is prepared by a model — and we say so plainly, instead of pretending a native speaker sat over it.

What this covers

Configuration descriptions in the Tester Zone — the author writes in their own language, and the model translates the variant for the other one. Such descriptions carry a visible “machine-translated” note.
The English version of the Manual and of the portal pages — translated against a shared term base, but without a native speaker's proofreading.
Consistency Validator messages in the Creator — the Polish ones are the source, the English ones their counterpart.

What this does not cover: numbers, EA parameter names and values in .set files. We translate the description, never the setting.

Report an error, get grains

For every accepted report we pay in grains — the same currency you spend on Creator PRO and the Tester Zone. The amount depends on how serious the error is:

1 🌾 typo, punctuation, minor form
3 🌾 unnatural or awkward phrasing
5 🌾 an error that changes the meaning — the most serious one, because the Manual is what you build a configuration from: a garbled description leads to settings nobody intended

The severity is judged by the portal staff when the report is reviewed. The decision and the reward show up in your Granary history.

Rules

Any signed-in user can report.
We reward the first report of a given passage — later ones get the “duplicate” status.
You can submit up to 10 reports per day.
We do not reward reports about your own texts — you can fix your own configuration description yourself, for free, in the Tester Zone.
Reports are reviewed by hand. Rejected ones come with a reason — we do not leave you without an answer.
