One subscription for access to the platform and the robot, plus a Granary for the tools billed by usage. The manual, the 12-lesson course, the standard Creator, the indicators and the design panels stay free — you pay for the Expert Advisor and for what you actually consume.

  • Access itself costs nothing — it comes with the robot subscription
  • You pay for usage only: one request costs from 1 grain upwards, depending on the size of the job
  • To start a conversation you need grains in your Granary

The Granary pays for what you consume rather than for time: Creator PRO conversations and downloading sets published by other users in the Tester Zone.

  • Minimum top-up: 30 grains (£30 net)
  • Grains do not expire while your account exists
  • You can earn grains too — for example by reporting translation errors

All prices are net. Local VAT is added at checkout according to your country of residence; we collect it and remit it to the tax authority of that country.

That is enough for

  • up to 15 set downloads from the Tester Zone
  • up to 30 requests in Creator PRO

These are UPPER limits, not a promise. Downloading a set costs from 2 to 20 grains — the more work went into building it, the more it costs. A request in Creator PRO costs from 1 grain upwards, depending on the size of the job. Every charge appears in your Granary history down to the single grain.

Why a Granary

The Granary is a balance for the tools billed by usage: Creator PRO conversations and sets downloaded from the Tester Zone. One top-up instead of a dozen small card charges — and you decide up front how much you want to spend.

The robot subscription is paid by card, separately. We do not take it from your Granary.

We spend the Granary in this order: first the grains we granted you (rewards, goodwill top-ups), then the grains you bought — so the refundable part of your balance stays refundable for as long as possible.

Unused balance is not lost: we refund it to the card you topped up from. Write to [email protected].

Who the seller is, and what you will see on your statement

Payments run through Stripe as merchant of record: the formal seller towards you is Link (a Stripe service), not MMDTEC LTD. That changes four things, better read here than discovered on your bank statement.

  • Your statement will show LINK.COM* OKURRA — not “okurra.com” or “MMDTEC”. It is the same payment, signed with the operator's name.
  • The receipt and the invoice are issued and sent by Link, not by us — to the e-mail address you give at checkout.
  • You manage the subscription in two places: our panel and link.com (order history, changing the card, cancelling). Our panel is not the only one.
  • You may see the price converted into your own currency — that is Stripe's automatic conversion, not our exchange rate.
  • Local tax (VAT, GST) is added at payment and remitted by Stripe, according to your country of residence.

We chose this model deliberately: the payment operator settles the tax in every country instead of us — for you that means VAT charged correctly no matter where you buy from.

Payments and invoices

Card payments are handled by Stripe, the payment partner we use across our projects. Card details go straight to Stripe — they never reach our server. You always get an invoice when you pay money: when your card is charged for the subscription and when you top up your Granary. Spending grains afterwards is not a separate payment, so instead of an invoice you get an e-mail notification and an entry in your panel history.

A subscription can be cancelled at any time in the panel: it stops the next renewal and the licence stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
